Yes the tower has no doors/glass so its dusty but other than that, RAM is the issue here. I highly doubt its the CPU, i couldnt get an accurate reason but im almost positive its RAM which is a simple fix. I already got a new PC instead of fixing it so you would be buying everything EXCEPT Storage, Watercooler and RAM. $500 OBO willing to negotiate.
