Operation :
1. washing the machine before using and don't get the motor wet.
2. turn on the motor, first to see if the blade rotates correctly. If not, please correct it immediately.
3. after using, turn off the power, removable part should be removed and washed with hot water, and then mount, idle running the machine to spiin-dry the water, then coat it with cooking oil to avoid the machine get rusted.
4. don't slice meat which has bone with it, otherwise, it will damage the reamer and slicing knife. The machine also can slice some food without bones and shells, like pickle.
5. don't idle running the machine over 2 mins.
