Super cute Pony Surprise from way back in 1992. Tag is inside the pouch.  There are three baby foals and then for some reason she also has a puppy LOL. Nature is just full of surprises, I guess. The green plastic you see over the pouch is just to keep the babies in. You can snip that with scissors if you want. The pouch closes with that hooky material.
