I have a Simplicity costume pattern # 9735 that features a Lolly Pop, Lolita, anime or cosplay dress or jumper, a blouse with variations and a tiered skirt. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Pullover dress or jumper has lined bodice with front princess seams and elasticized back, gathered above-knee length skirt with lace trim and can be cut of border printed or two coordinating fabrics. Ruffled overskirt with waistband bow and lace trim can be worn over either view. Button-front blouses have ruffled collars, short or long two-piece puffed sleeves and ribbon and lace trims. Petticoat not included.

 It is an adult size D5 - this is misses' sizes 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. This is a brand new, uncut pattern.
