Works perfect with built in DVD player hd ready tv - as seen in pictures the tv has slight debris (it looks) behind the screen which is only noticeable when the TV is light - But does effect the TV in any way and can barely notice when watching tv and not up close - no remote - no stand but has a wall bracket
