For sale, vintage possibly antique cooking thermometer. The thermometer is made of glass and is encased in wood. Inside the glass thermometer is the insert with the temps and on the back side there are 3 specific cooking times listed. The cooking times are for frankfurters, bologna, and hams. It is unknown where this came from or who the manufacture is. Since the red liquid does not rise anymore, I do not recommend using this thermometer as a thermometer anymore. I think it should be used for decoration or for collecting purposes. This would be a great piece for decorating a kitchen or to add to a collection. See photos for a visual description.
