It has decals that read Postes on the sides. This is a postal service company in France

Reissue made by Quiralu, Made in France. Quiralu began in 1955 making toy soldiers then branched into toy cars

Mint in box. Never played with, comes in the original box. 

Measures 3 3/8" long

Die case body with a stamped galvanized tin base and rubber tires.
