Story Summary:
Oath of Revenge. In 17th-century Japan, a rebellion in the Aizu region was brutally suppressed, resulting in the deaths of twenty-one courageous warriors and the massacre of most of the nuns at a local convent. The surviving nuns, determined to avenge the fallen, have vowed to seek retribution. To do so, they enlist the help of the nation's most skilled swordsman, who will train them to hunt down and kill those responsible for the slaughter of the men and their fellow nuns.
