We take returns up to 30 days after arrival! Please contact us if the item you received arrived damaged, does not match the listing description, or is the wrong item. We will correct the error to the best of our ability as quickly as we can.
Returns must include all original items in undamaged condition with all original packaging. If a club is purchased new and hit, even once, it is no longer considered new and no longer returnable. Returning a used item is subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
If you experience a product defect, please contact us directly with pictures to solve the issue. DO NOT request a return for this type of situation.
Built shafts (with an adapter & grip) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs on all orders received as described. If you experience a defective product you will be responsible to ship the item back to the US for repair/replacement. Once handled, we will cover the expense of sending the item back to you.
