This nice little gentleman's knife doesn't have a tang stamp and is missing its bail, which often has the company name stamped on it.  However, based off of the shape of the design, I'm fairly certain it's from Gold Top.

Gold Top was a brand made by Cattaraugus in upstate NY in the early 1900's.  You'll see in one of the photos a side by side pic of this knife with with another Gold Top knife that is stamped, so you can see the similarities in design.  The knife is in good condition with typical wear for its age.
