Light wear from age, use and storage. There is some scuffing / ring wear on the front and back. No bends or creases. The inner sleeve in in very good condition. Neither have any seam splits. The album has a couple of scratches/ scuffs. See photos for best description. The album will be shipped in a new inner sleeve, so as not to damage the original sleeve which is included. And a clear protective outer sleeve and packed in a record mailer.
