I have a Simplicity pattern #8514 that features Fairy Tale characters such as a princess, Cinderella, Belle or Snow White costumes for girls. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• V. 1 with lined fitted bodice has back zipper, ankle length gathered skirt, contrast waist cincher and sheer neck drape and overskirt.
• V. 2 with flared calf length skirt and fitted bodice has back zipper, four different fabric contrasts, cape and button trim. 
• Headwear and gloves featured are purchased.

 It is a children's size A - this is a toddler and child's sizes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is an uncut, factory folded pattern - the package has some wear and is priced accordingly.
