Side 1 is beautiful, a few paper scuffs, really excellent +

Side 2 is a vg+, strong strong, with a few very light scuffs that will not have an affect on the play.

Cover is classic of this era, have way seam split, writing on back, corner dings and light ring wear. Will look great and safe in a poly sleeve.
