First created exclusively for European collectors each gorgeous animal is meticulously handcrafted from a portrait of a real animal in its natural habitat. Alone or with other Hansa animals these amazing creatures make great companions for children adults and collectors alike. Additionally interior designers around the world often use Hansa animals as unique accompanying animals when designing spaces. They can be grouped together or used to set the theme of a room with a larger display of their signature animals. Hansaõs chief designer pulled from his background in anatomy when researching each animal. The fabrics used for the stained and striped animals are all custom designed to Hansaõs exacting specifications in small quantities. All of the fabrics used are cut from intricate patterns and hand-trimmed by Hansaõs artisans and never machine-finished. An average of 42 pieces are used for each small animal with some animals having as many as 240 pieces. The face and body of each Hansa animal are carefully sculpted from the inside out to create the unique features and muscles that each animal has individually. With each facet being as unique as the rest and hand finished this is how each animal lives - their real life. Every Hansa animal comes with a teachó tag that describes each period of the animal's life lifestyle fetal development care of their young and feeding habits. Hansaõs goal is to educate children and adults alike about the natural life of these magnificent creatures and to help them understand and respect the importance of coexistence with all animals.
