He has signed the menu on the cover and added Shorty Scout under his name. Inside two other men are named and noted as having attended the National P.M.A. conference at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. The menu is 6 ¼” x 9 ½” and 4 pages. Mild wear and some soiling.
