It was a mail in set, all 4 are sealed in the bags. You will get the box as well. 2 of tje trucks are dated 1979 and 2 are dated 1989, so the set is from 1989 at the earliest, but I'm not sure exactly when it was, so I'd guess 1989 to the early 90s.
