"Pokémon Yoga cards" are not cards from the official Trading Card Game (TCG), but a popular series of promotional items distributed in Italy between 1999 and 2000. They were included as a free gift with Yoga fruit juices in 125 ml glass bottles.

Characteristics and Types

These cards are easily recognizable by their 3D lenticular effect: when tilted, the Pokémon image appears to move or change shape, often showing the monster's evolution (for example, from Slowpoke to Slowking).

There are several collectible variants:

Cards with square corners: Often referring to the first series or specific sets such as Johto.

Cards with rounded corners: A common variant found in several collections.

Crown caps: In addition to cards, Yoga also distributed metal caps with Pokémon images.
