Q1: How do I confirm the autoparts compatibility with my vehicle?

Firstly, select your vehicle information with eBay. Then click the listing you want to place order and confirm the information shown on the top that if there are any additional specific notes. If there is "All Models" or nothing noted, then you could place order. If there is " Single Piston Caliper" or any other notes, then please confirm whether the brake pads fit or not. If you couldn't make sure, please contact customer service and preovide your vehicle VIN number.

Q2: How long does delivery to my address take?

Delivery time is determined by the shipping methods. Normally, all orders would be delivered within 3-5 business days. Many things can play a factor such as Weather, shipping carrier, and your cooperation to confirm conpatibility. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Q3 Why new replaced brakes pads make noise while braking?

Here are several reasons why your new brake pads might be squeaking and noisy:
Brake pads are made of ceramic and metal fibers. A lot of brake pads have metal fibers in them. If there’s an area on the pad where the metal fibers are too close to one another, this can cause squeaking. The pads will typically wear past this point, and then the squeaking will go away.
The brakes are stuck in the “on” position. There are caliper pins in your brake system, which apply and release the brake pads. If one of the caliper pins is stuck in the “apply” position, the brake pad will be applied at an angle (or cockeyed) to the rotor. If both pins are stuck, the brake pad will be stuck against the rotor, causing glazing, noise and, typically, a burning smell. In some cases, it is possible to lubricate and release the stuck caliper pins. In other cases, you need to replace the calipers. It’s also quite likely that you’ll need new brake pads and rotors.

Q4: How can I return an item that is defective, damaged, or I just don't want?

We provide a 30 day return policy, if the item you received does not fit, please contact our customer service, we will try our best to provide you solutions. And in the event of shipping damage, shortage, or an error on any shipment, please contact us immediately.

Please note that our team works extremely hard to provide accurate compatibility information in our listings, and so we do not take responsibility when customers purchase something that is clearly described as incompatible with their vehicle.

We do our best to ship out all orders on the same day or next day, so that you get your package as soon as possible! All orders placed after Friday 12pm EST will be shipped out on the following Monday.

We will provide all customers a shipment update with tracking numbers and estimated deliveries. We do ask that you keep an eye out for the shipment status - if there are delivery issues, we recommend that you reach out to the local carriers to schedule convenient delivery times, pick-ups, etc

Because we ship out all orders ASAP, we can't accommodate most order cancellation requests. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately after the order is placed (though we can't always guarantee that a cancellation be completed).

In compliance with seller rules, we do not change buyer shipping addresses. Prior to purchasing, please double check your shipping address on file. If you would like any changes be made, please cancel your order first and place the order again using the correct shipping address. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can't cancel it, and it will be shipped to the address on file.

For all invalid addresses, we may cancel the order and provide customers a full refund to prevent cases where items get lost in transit and customers lose any shipping fees paid.

If there are quality issues, we could accept all returns for domestic orders. Please let us know that you wish to return an item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please let us know immediately by sending us a message on eBay, and we will resend correct ones to you.

Otherwise, all returned products will be inspected and must be in new condition and free of damage for customers to receive full refunds. This includes damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.

Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Autopatsrep.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied or not fully refunded
