The Lionel 7812 TCA 23rd 1977 National Convention Boxcar is a vintage Freight Car model manufactured in the United States in 1977. This ready-to-go pre-built model features a brown and yellow color scheme, with a design specifically themed for the TCA Convention. Made of plastic and diecast materials, this O gauge boxcar is a collector's item in new old stock condition, although it does have some small rust spots, it is almost 50 years old.
