Here's the small print:

E-mail questions as all items are sold as is. All Sales Are Final. I describe all of my items to the best of my knowledge and ability. Unless stated to the contrary, all items have been previously used and enjoyed so a certain amount of wear should be expected. I am a collector, not an expert in all areas. I also cannot guarantee fit on shoes and clothing so please check measurements and compare to your own favorite sized items. Please ask questions prior to bidding as I am not a store and do not accept returns for sizing issues.
I accept payment through Ebay. Payment must be received within four days of the auction's close unless prior other arrangements have been made or a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. I do not like doing this, so if you bid on an item, please realize it is a binding contract! I am easy to work with and very reasonable but non-paying bidders cost money and time. I strive my best to accurately describe and represent every item. I love to leave glowing feedback and would appreciate if a buyer lets me know about any problems BEFORE leaving anything less than 5 star ratings as it can impact my ability to continue selling. I love to leave glowing feedback!!!

Buyer pays USPS Priority rate shipping, unless otherwise stated or arranged except on small items which may be shipped first class. I charge a handling fee of $1.00 for extra packing materials or time on fragile items. Effective immediately- I will be adding a $.80 charge for delivery confirmation on all items sent within the USA.
I take great care in packaging items for shipping but cannot be responsible for damage or loss during transport. If you want postal insurance- please let me know at end of auction and I will send a revised invoice through Ebay with the postal fee included. I recommend insurance but leave option up to the buyer. If you choose to not insure your item, do not write me expecting a refund of any kind if it is damaged by the postal service. NO EXCEPTIONS so consider the insurance option carefully.

International buyers add $5.00 plus actual shipping costs for handling and paperwork required. I try to always offer the cheapest form of international shipping on auction site but will ship according to winner requests at end of auction with invoice adjustments made to cover the increased fees for faster shipping options at postal rates. I usually ship two times each week- most likely on Tuesdays and Fridays so if you need items sooner, I would need to know before bidding and I will see if it is possible. If you are in my area {Big Bear Lake, Calif} and want to pick up items in person to save the shipping fees, that can be easily arranged.

Be sure to check out my other auctions as I have very eclectic tastes and you never know when you will find something you can't live without! I am happy to combine orders to save on shipping as long as items can be packaged together without problem and if multiple items are won within a calendar week. Thanks for looking and good luck!!!!
