If the green front wheel lights are blinking on your dash then the front axle is having trouble engaging/disengaging 4x4, and the culprit is often this Freewheel Clutch Control Solenoid. It's one of the few parts that we recommend always keeping on hand in your Montero just in case it goes out far from home. Luckily, it's easy to access and takes just 5 minutes to swap out.
