USPS shipping is done weekdays from Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm each day.

For international shipping, shipping costs are calculated based on buyer location. Policies

We want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase, Most issues are minor and can easily be addressed via eBay messaging. We do test our products before shipping to be sure that they are in working order. If NEW or untested, we will so state.

  1. All claims for shortage, damage, defective goods, or shipment errors must be made within 5 business days after receipt of shipment.
  2. Non-defective returns will not be accepted.
  3. Returns will be accepted as per Ebay Policy.  Please contact us if unfortunately, a return is required. As we always hope that the item does meet your needs.
  4. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. Our liability shall be limited to the invoiced value of the materials or their replacement.
  5. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs on ALL returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. No deductions or chargebacks may be made against invoices until an RMA form is completed and the merchandise is returned to us with verifiable tracking.
  7. Whenever possible, we will offer and ship out a replacement, if available.
  8. All returns must come in the original packaging and box contents.
