Here we have an antique long-handled revolving trivet made late1700’s early 1800’s

This is hand wrought iron and has a hand made revolving trivet which was typically used in one’s indoor fireplace, and most likely to grill food three feet away for cooking in a safe and comfortable manner.

The long handle has a designed top to provide easy hanging by your fireplace, for your grilling or decorative choice.

Measuring approximately 3’ and trivet measuring 9”.
