Before you complete your purchase, we'd like to share some important information:
 
1. Immediate Payment Required: We ask that all orders be paid immediately. Once payment is completed, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or modified, including shipping addresses.
 
2. Product Representation: Please take a moment to zoom in on the image to confirm whether the item meets your size requirements, whether full-size or travel-size.
 
3.  Variation Listings:  Some of our listings have more than one scent, size or variation to choose from.  The buy it now price is for ONE item in these listings.   
 
4. Pocketbac Gel Holder Listings: Before purchasing, please note that the gel color and scent may differ from the sample image. If you have a specific scent preference or dislike, kindly mention this in the "note to seller" section.  Also, assorted pocketbac gels (holiday, mens, etc) multiple quantity sets may have varying scents, please ask before bidding.  
  
6. Shipping Information: We ship orders within 2 business days, M-F.  Occasionally, our warehouse may be closed, which will be indicated by the "time away" feature or a yellow banner near the estimated delivery date.
 
7. Delivery Estimates: Dates are provided by eBay and are beyond our control. We promise to ship on time, but once your order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the delivery date or speed of service.

 
8. Independent Seller Notice: We operate independently and do not represent the brands we sell. 

9.  We videotape the entire process of shipment.  If a mistake is made in shipment (wrong item shipped, incorrect quantity, etc) we will review the footage and we guarantee to make it right.  We are honest and fair and we ask that of our buyers also.

10.  If your item is damaged in transit, we ask you to send us at least 6 photos of the item and the box it came in so that we can begin the claim of damage through the USPS.  If your item shows delivered but did not arrive, reach out to us and we will ask your local post office to do a GEO-TRACKING scan with shows the exact GPS location of delivery and proceed from there to help you locate your item(s).  If the USPS states that the item was properly delivered, we will direct you to eBay to handle the ?Item not received claim.?
