  How to use:

Add 5 - 6 kg of sugar to 25 liters of water at 35˚C. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Wait until the water temperature reaches 23-25 °C. Mix the contents of this sachet. Leave to ferment at 20-30 ˚C. The optimum temperature is 25 ˚C. Fermentation occurs in 4-5 days.
