This is a listing for a 2004 NBC Fear Factor bicycle helmet. This helmet does have some marks & wear from storage. The tape around the helmet is coming loose and may need replaced. The inside padding also may need replaced. I am not sure if this helmet was used in the show or was just available for sale in the early 2000's.
