20" or 21"" Split Rim 1910s- 20s  3 3/4" Width Wheel - W11

Measures at 20 1/2". Not sure of Brand. There is some writing but I can't read it. I took pics to see if you can discern.

Overall Split Rim Width: 3 3/4" 

Inner Channel Rim Width: 2 3/4"
