No damage to the piece. Flawless. There are a couple of stickers and some tape on the box.

The mechanism has slowed down and needs some WD-40. The song still plays and the figures turn, so I know it works.

I imagine all you'd have to do is pop the bottom off and fix it, then reglue the bottom back on.
