Book measures about ~ 17 1/4 inches X 12 1/4 inches X 1 1/2 inches.
Condition ~ Acceptable. There is some cover edgeware and fading on the gilt decorations and lettering on the cover and spine. There are some small tears on the top, bottom, and edge of the spine cover (see photos). There is some surface ware on the back cover (see photo). There is some light fading on the edges of the purple flyleaves. A few of the gutters are slightly split (the pages ARE tight). There are a few very small marks/spots/edge tears on a very low number of pages. There is a slight musty odor. The pages have very slightly tanned over time. Otherwise the Book is in Acceptable condition! The majority of the pages ARE clean!
