This is a CGC 7.5 Error example of the 2009 DP25 Staff Tropical Wind card from the 2009 Pokémon World Championships. While the 2009 tropical wind should come with the DP48 promo number, some were incorrectly printed with the DP25 promo number, the same as the 2008 tropical wind.
