Suitable model
It is applicable to the pure water machine that obtains the raw water from the water pipe, that is to say, the raw water must have enough pressure.
Key function description
The board is equipped with three key switches: select key, determine key and strong punch key.
Function description of each key is as follows:
Functions of option 8 and option 4:
Press the first button to enter the setting mode;
Press the first button, and the English interface will start flashing. If you press ok, the English interface will be selected.
Press the second button, the Chinese interface starts flashing. If you press ok, the Chinese interface will be selected.
Press the third button, and the first filter element will start flashing. If you press ok, the time of the first filter element will return to zero.
Press the fourth button, and the second filter element starts flashing. If you press ok, the time of the second filter element will return to zero.
Press the fifth button, and the third filter element will start flashing. If you press ok, the time of the third filter element will return to zero.
Press the sixth button, and the fourth filter element starts flashing. If you press ok, the time of the fourth filter element will return to zero.
Press the seventh button, and the fifth filter element will start flashing. If you press ok, the fifth filter element will return to zero.
Press the eighth button to return to the first button;
If you press the select button, if you do not press the ok button or the select button within 5 seconds, you will automatically exit the set mode.
Power 8 and 4 confirm key functions:
Used to determine the Settings selected by the select key;
The selected Settings will be saved automatically and will not be lost next time.
Strong flush button: press the strong flush button only in the water system mode. Press the strong flush button and the machine will flush automatically for 90 seconds.
Display function description
The display of Chinese characters or English characters can be set by the user. After setting, it will be stored and recorded. There is no need to set it again in the next power supply.
Water shortage indicator flashing indicates that the raw water pressure of the machine is too low.
Water mark rotation indicates that the machine is filtering water.
The flashing flushing mark indicates that the machine is backwashing the film.
The long and bright mark of full water indicates that the machine is in full standby state.
Filter life bars 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 represent the service time of filter elements of level 5.
The three characters 8 and 4 on the left are used to display the TDS value of raw water.
The right side of the figure 8 and figure 4 shows the TDS value of pure water.
Control function description
Rinse function
1. When the RO machine is plugged in, the display screen is all lit up, the buzzer gives a sound, and the machine is forced to flush for 90 seconds;
2. Press the strong flush button and the machine will flush for 90 seconds
3. Stop flushing for 30 seconds when water is short;
4. When the water is full, if the preparation time is longer than 10 minutes, rinse for 5 seconds; If the water preparation time is less than 10 minutes, release the pressure for 10 seconds.
5. The low-voltage switch is disconnected for 60 seconds continuously, then the water shortage mode is entered;
6. Cumulative water preparation for 2 hours and automatic flushing for 30 seconds;
7. The flushing mark flashes, the buzzer does not sound, the flushing valve opens, the water pump opens and the inlet valve opens;
8. If the high voltage switch is closed during flushing, the water should be prepared.
Water shortages
1. In the state of water preparation or flushing, the low-voltage switch is disconnected for 60 seconds continuously and enters the state of water shortage;
2. Under the condition of water shortage, the low-pressure switch is closed and enters the flushing state;
3. In the state of water shortage, the buzzer will ring for 10 times, the water pump will stop, the inlet valve will close, and the flushing valve will close;
Water full state
1. If the high-pressure switch is opened at the end of flushing, it will enter the state of full water;
2. If the high-pressure switch is on during water preparation, if the time of water preparation is longer than 10 minutes, rinse for 5 seconds; If the water preparation time is less than 10 minutes, release the pressure for 10 seconds. And then it goes to full water;
3. When the high voltage switch is closed, it exits the state of full water and enters the state of making water;
4. When the water is full, the mark is long and bright, the buzzer does not sound, the water pump stops, the inlet valve closes and the flushing valve closes;
Water making state
1. At the end of flushing, if the high-pressure switch is closed, water system will be entered;
2. When the high-pressure switch is closed under the condition of full water, it enters the state of water making;
3. In the water making state, the water making mark turns, the buzzer does not sound, the water pump works, the inlet valve is opened and the flushing valve is closed;
State of repair
1. If water is continuously made for 6 hours and no water is full, it will enter the maintenance state;
2. In the maintenance state, the maintenance mark is long and bright, the buzzer keeps ringing, the water pump stops, the inlet valve closes and the flushing valve closes;
Leaking state
1. If water leakage is detected for 5 consecutive seconds, it will enter the state of water leakage;
2. In the state of water leakage, the water leakage mark is long and bright, the buzzer keeps ringing, the water pump stops, the water inlet valve closes and the flushing valve closes;
TDS instructions
The three small 8's show the TDS of raw water, and the big 8's show the TDS of pure water.
The TDS value has been temperature-corrected;
Life description of filter element
The service life of the filter element is recorded by 5 timers. The service life of the filter element is determined according to the start time of the water pump. Therefore, the washing time and the water preparation time are counted as the service life of the filter element. Automatic storage, no loss of power loss data; After replacing the filter element, the user can reset the timer manually.
5 timers correspond to 4 filter cores and 1 film of the pure water machine; The maximum service life of the filter element is set by the factory and cannot be changed by the user.
As time goes by, the service life bar of the filter element will be reduced one by one. When it is reduced to zero, the buzzer will beep (in non-mute mode) to remind the user that the filter element is out of time, but it will not affect any functions of the machine such as water making.
If the filter element expires, it will beep 3 times. Every time the machine makes water, it will also remind the user to replace the filter element with 3 beeps, but the machine will not stop.
