This is a   New Lab Created Deep Blue & Clear Pear Shape Sapphire & Sterling Silver Ring. Tag indicates it is size 7 +/-. It has a beautiful deep blue pear shaped sapphire in the center with small clear sapphire sets around the edge of the center stone. Set is 1/2 inches wide and almost 5/8 inches tall. It is in new condition.
