When you place an order, please choose the delivery method and pay for the order, including shipping costs (excluding free delivery). After payment is completed, we will send out the goods within 3 working days.
Due to differences in customs clearance times among different countries, we do not guarantee delivery times for all international shipments, which may affect the inspection speed of your products. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, and taxes imported into your country/region. These additional fees may be charged upon delivery. We will not refund the shipping cost for rejected shipments.

Return:

If you return the product for any reason within 45 days after receiving it, we will refund you. However, buyers should ensure that the returned items are in their original condition. If the item is damaged or lost upon return, the buyer will be held responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not provide a full refund to the buyer. The buyer should attempt to file a claim with the logistics company to recover the damaged or lost costs.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

Warranty and Maintenance:
We offer one month free replacement (excluding electrical components). Buyers can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving the product. The buyer should return the product to us in its original condition and bear the return shipping cost.
Before returning the goods, please confirm the return address and logistics method with us. After handing over the item to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
