PRODUCTION - SHIPPING - TRACKING 

INFORMATION 

All of our footwear and other items are custom made. We mark our handling time for 7 days because it takes 4 to 7 days to finish the production stage, (meaning your item is print, cut, assembled & packaged). They are shipped immediately after packaging is complete. A tracking number will be sent to you AFTER the 7 day production time when the item has finished the production stage (meaning it has been completely assembled) and is packed for shipping and sent and/or picked up by the shipping company. This time does NOT include weekend or postal holidays!

Shipping to the USA can take up 30 days, depending on complexity of the design, (most ship sooner, around 12 - 15 days) but we must allow for any delays during shipping, such as, holidays, etc.  International orders can take 45 days depending on customs and not all of our orders are available for international shipping. Please make note of this when placing an order.

Our designs are printed onto our products, therefore, footwear may have an 'ink' like odor, this is due to the fresh print & will dissipate in a day or two. Simply take your shoes out of the shoe box & allow them to air out overnight. This should speed up the process of the ink smell going away.

* Faux fur trim, fleece lining, keeps your feet toasty warm in Winter.

for your convenience and to insure accuracy, size guides, in both imperial and metric systems, are included in the photos section!

Due to all of our items being custom printed when ordered, we, unfortunately, 

we can not accept returns for size issues. Please refer to the size guides in the photo section to insure accuracy. If you DO NOT SEE the guides please contact us ASAP so we can update the listing! 

RETURN POLICY

If your item is damaged, misprinted, the wrong design, a size other than the one ordered was sent by mistake or there are any other problems with the product, please contact us through CONTACT SELLER button and we will assist you. IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! If you ship the item back without authorization it will not be accepted and it is possible that it will not get delivered to the proper location. This will cause a loss for you! Please contact us first!!

DESIGN ELEMENTS

Please note that all of our designs are created by us - some design elements may include blurring, light opacity, scratch marks or other effects. These elements are on purpose to aid in the overall look and feel of the design. Please look at all photos, zoom in if needed, to make sure the design is a good fit for your style! Also take note that colors vary on different monitors, phone screens, etc. and we do our best to make accurate descriptions.
