Report from Tungting, a People's Commune on Taihu Lake, by Wu Chou.  Foreign Languages Press Paperback Book (Chinese publisher), published 1975.  This is part of a series of propaganda books published by China for English-language audiences.  The cover is in color, but the photographs inside the book are black-and-white.

Condition very good; note that the pages have a slight brown tint of the type common with older books, and there is some puckering on the back cover (this is visible in the photos, which are of the actual item).
