This is a Lionel # 68 metal crossing sign. It stands about 8 1/2 inches tall and it's base is about 2 1/2 inches square.  It's been around a while and shows it's age, but is still in original shape or complete.  So if you are looking for the real vintage item, I think this might just be it.
