Vtg Framed French Chef / Waiter/ Sommelier  Bicycle Oil Painting on Canvas.

Artist signed (but unknow) charming painting of a gentleman riding a bike, with basket holding a bottle of wine and a desert in one hand.  Bright sunny yellow orange background.  The stretched canvas painting (acrylic or oil) is in very good condition.   The vintage frame has a canvas border which is discolored and has small stains.  Shown in the last 3 pictures.  The gold painted part of the frame is in good condition.
