This is a hat,
This hat is a replica of the hat worn by Jay Kay, the vocalist of the famous musician “Jamiroquai” in the music video of his famous song “Virtual Insanity”.
It is a prize that you can get if you buy a SONY MD in the 90's and win a lottery.
It was a limited edition of 200 winners.

The music video was also shown in a cup noodle commercial.

As a side note..,
Mai Kuraki, a singer famous for the theme song of Detective Conan, saw the hat worn by Jay Kay, the vocalist in the music video of Jamiroquai's “Virtual Insanity” on the Mai-K TV program she was appearing on, and said she wanted one.

Considering the quantity, I don't think there will be many of them available.
