To keep your car mount performing at its best and lasting a long time, follow these simple care tips:

🚿 Cleaning & Maintenance

• 🧼 Wipe the surface of the holder regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

• 🧴 For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth with a mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.

• 🚫 Do not immerse the holder in water or expose it to excessive moisture.

🧲 Magnet Performance

• 📎 Attach the provided metal ring securely to your phone or phone case. Do not attach it to the mount itself.

• 🧲 Avoid placing the holder near magnetic-sensitive items (credit cards, pacemakers, etc.).

• ✅ Ensure your phone or case has a clean surface for best magnetic adhesion.

🔧 Proper Installation

• 🧷 Only use the device with horizontal or vertical vent slats for a stable hold.

• ✅ Gently clip the hook onto the air vent and rotate the knob to tighten.

• ❌ Avoid forcing it into non-compatible vents, such as circular or very thick designs.

🌡️ Environmental Tips

• 🚗 Do not leave the holder exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, especially when not in use.

• ❄️ Extreme temperatures (hot or cold) may reduce magnetic strength or material durability.

🔄 General Use Tips

• 📱 Always align the metal plate/ring with the center of the magnetic base for best stability.

• 🚘 Remove your phone with both hands in case of strong grip to avoid damaging your vent or the mount.

• 🔁 Periodically check the vent grip to ensure it's still securely fastened.

🔒 Safety Notice

• ⚠️ This is a magnetic mount – ensure no sensitive devices are placed too close.

• 💳 Keep credit cards or magnetic storage devices at least a few inches away from the holder.

🛡️ Lifetime Warranty – What Does It Really Mean?

At FIFO and MyMe, we stand behind the quality of our mobile accessories and audio products. That’s why many of our items come with a Lifetime Warranty — but what does that really mean?

✅ What Is a Lifetime Warranty?

A lifetime warranty promises that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a defined "lifetime." However, "lifetime" doesn’t always mean forever. It can mean:

1. 🛑 As long as the product is being sold.
The warranty is valid while the product remains available on the market. Once discontinued, coverage typically ends.

2. 👤 As long as you, the original buyer, own it.
Some warranties are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

Because product lines evolve and newer technologies replace older ones, our warranty is limited to the reasonable life of the product model, not your lifetime.

✨ Why You Should Register Your Product

To activate your warranty and enjoy full support, you must register your product at FIFOUK. Registration unlocks:

• 🆓 Free replacements for manufacturer defects (within terms)

• 🚚 Free delivery for eligible warranty replacements

• 📩 Exclusive offers and discounts via email

• 🙌 Dedicated customer support from FIFO UK

⚠️ Please Note:

• This is not a forever warranty. It only covers the expected useful life of the product while it’s still in production and supported.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any issue not related to a manufacturing fault.

• Warranty terms apply only if the product is registered online.
