Purchased from an estate sale several years ago. Condition is decent for age. Front cover is coming loose at spine but still attached. I have not made any effort to clean the book, as I did not want to damage cover. Someone skilled could likely clean it up nicely! :) Please feel free to ask questions and/or request more photos.
