Q1: What devices can R4000 power? A: Compatible with rated power is less than 4000W and peak power is not more than 6000W. Common electrical appliances are applicable, such as TV, fridge, coffee maker, air conditioner, toaster, microwave oven, CPAP, drill, Juicer, hair dryer etc. |
Q2: Can the R4000 be charged while using? A: Yes, R4000 supports pass-through charging. But we don't suggest, it will cause damage to battery life. |
Q3: How to know the working times for my device? Why does the duration of some devices deviate from the actual usage data? A: Working time (estimation) = 3456Wh * 0.85(Depth of discharge) * 0.8(Inverter efficiency) / working power of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary. |
Q4: Can R4000 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)? A: Yes. When R4000 is recharging from AC, the devices pluged it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power outage, R4000 automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 15ms. |
Q5: What kind of solar panels can be connected? A: R4000 MPPT solar input recieves (12~60V)⎓13A, 650W each port, Total 2000W of 3 ports. Actual charging performance depends on compatibility, so we recommend to use ALLPOWERS portable power stantion and solar panel together. Recommended solar panel: 4-5pcs ALLPOWERS 400W solar panels in parallel. |
