Packaging: Some have called our packaging the best on eBay. Our unique packaging system and attention to detail will ensure that your card reaches you in its best condition. Standard-thickness cards shipped via eBay Standard Envelope will be sleeved, loaded into a fully sealed, semi-rigid holder, then securely sandwiched between 90-lb cardstock and enclosed in a paper envelope. Standard-thickness cards shipped via USPS Ground Advantage will be sleeved, loaded into a fully sealed, semi-rigid holder, then securely sandwiched between Ding Defend shipping protectors and enclosed in a snug bubble mailer. Graded slabs, thicker cards, and factory-encased cards will be packaged appropriately using similar materials and care.

Shipping: Most ungraded cards under $20 will ship with tracking via eBay Standard Envelope. Our protective packaging is fully compliant with USPS machinability requirements. Although it rarely happens, if a card shipped via eBay Standard Envelope arrives postage due as 'non-machinable,' it's important to know that the tracking scans are evidence that it went through automated sorting machines. For the benefit of keeping shipping affordable in this hobby, please bring this to the attention of your local post office. Graded slabs, thicker cards, factory-encased cards, and any card over $20 will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. You always have the option to upgrade shipping on any card for an additional charge.

Returns: We generally do not accept returns. All cards are sold in the condition indicated in the listing. An ungraded card sold as "near mint or better" means that the card should receive a grade of 7 or better. We will never intentionally misrepresent the condition of a card, but please remember that not every card is a Gem and we are not professional card graders.
