How to make Blue Butterfly Pea Tea

Put warm water in your pot and add blue peas, let it soak until it creates the water in a pure blue shade of color. It will taste like regular water but to make it special you can add in lemon to change its color from blue to purple, which adds flavor into the tea. A trick to make it interesting is to add honey in it first before lemon which will give a sunset-like gradient effect, giving off a smooth texture into the tea, as you mix it becomes hot pink....
