This is a Maier-Mfg. Black Tailgate Cover for a Kawasaki Teryx 750 (08-12).
These are factory blems direct from the Maier-Mfg. factory. The blem is light rub marks from shipping and/or stacking. There is also a wrinkle in the plastic from the manufacturing process as shown in the last picture. There may also be other minor surface imperfections that would not show up in a picture.
