This tool is specifically designed to safely remove the burner assembly from the top of the bunsen. To use, simply remove the three screws securing the burner plate, then take off the burner plate and burner rings. Position the tool in place, aligning the screw holes, and secure it with the three screws included. Attach your ratchet to the tool to remove the burner assembly.

Important caution: If the burner is particularly dirty or rusty, it's essential to apply heat and penetration oil before attempting removal. The bunsen is connected to the bottom of the burner assembly. If the burner assembly begins to spin the bunsen, immediately STOP and apply heat and oil again.  If this happens, it will damage both the bunsen and collar.
