Absolutely stunning art nouveau style brooch. Age unknown. Made from unknown gold coloured metal. Stamp on the reverse appears to say "99". May be genuine gold plated but I am making no claim. It is quite heavy for a brooch of this size at approximately 19 grams. The flower features raised metal accents which catch the light a little like gemstones or marcasite. The leaves form something of an asymmetrical heart shape.
Measurement from the tip of the leaf to the edge of the flower is just over 50mm. The flower has a diameter of approximately 28mm.
