If you choose express post, we charge a flat rate and we Express Post, which can be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on your location. If you require another company, please contact us.

If there is any damage of the item, please ease provide the pictures of the item and package with shipping label.

Please contact us first when return, exchange and refund is required. Any direct return of purchased items will not be processed. 

Buyer is responsible for the return cost. 

Change-of-mind return can only be accepted within 7 days after purchase. All other returns can be accepted in 30days. 

We will closely examine the condition of the returned items and will not issue any refund/exchange before we make sure the items are in their original neat conditions. 

And please update the tracking information via return request so that we can track the package and refund the money to your account.
