If there are rips or tears on the envelope or pieces, they have intentionally not been repaired. The buyer can choose to treat this vintage pattern as a thing to be used as is, or as an archival piece to be carefully restored (if necessary). I have treated this pattern as carefully as I can, but they have passed through (in some cases) many homes on their way to me. All patterns are sold as is, with as much information as I can provide in advance. If a pattern is factory folded, it will not be unfolded and inspected before sale, as it is assumed that all pieces are present. Vintage paper often has discoloration and/or chaotic folding by prior owners that do not affect usage.

For best fit, please compare measurements to a garment of your own that fits comfortably and please measure yourself before completing your purchase. It is normal for humans measurements to fluctuate. I cannot accept returns if the pattern does not produce the size garment expected. Please be aware of this, no exceptions.

Definitions of condition:
Mint/Perfect Condition- Absolutely no flaws. Unused.
Excellent Condition- Uncut with cosmetic flaws to the envelope.
Very Good Condition- Cut, pieces and envelope in usable condition
Fair Condition- Flaws and repairs that are visible. May need further repairs. Still usable with care.
As Found- Damaged and flawed. Possibly missing pieces. May be brittle or water damaged.
