Missing Parts: If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may organise suitable parts replacement. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging.

We do not ship to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, JE, GY, AB31-56, PO (Isle of Wight). Courier we work with deliver to UK Mainland addresses only (doesn’t include the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland).

Time frame:

All our deliveries are scheduled in the most efficient and cost effective manner, so we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred time slot. We will agree a delivery day and approximate delivery time slot with you in advance. Driver will call you on the day to confirm more accurate time of arrival.

On arrival:

Standard delivery is typically made to the front door.

Acceptance:

Anyone over the age of 18 can accept the delivery on your behalf.

Property access:

Please confirm that access to your property is suitable for delivery (if there are stairs, narrow doors, or limited access points).

Packaging:

Kitchen units will typically be delivered in their original packaging to protect the items during transportation.

Condition of goods:

Please inspect items upon delivery to ensure there is no damage or missing parts and to sign for the items in satisfactory condition. In the unlikely event there are any damages, please contact us for resolution.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided units and doors have not been used or damaged in any way, legs or any other fittings not screwed in and the original packaging is kept intact. Any signs of use or damage may affect return or exchange processes.


How to proceed:

If you'd like to return your items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process. If you are exchanging the item, we will assist you in selecting the correct replacement.

Return shipping cost:

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. If you use an eBay postage label, the cost will be deducted from your exchange or refund amount.

Exchanges of faulty items:
If you receive faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately. You must ensure any defects are reported to us as soon as possible but this should be within 30 days of the date you received your items. We will arrange for replacement parts or full exchange to be available to you as quickly as possible. and return postage will be covered by us. Any damaged or faulty items will need to be made available by you at the time of collection or delivery of the replacement items.
