Cummins Onan Governor Controller part number 0300-4725
NEW - With defect on socket

Control speed Engine.
Use for engine cummins model QST30

Cummins Governor board with PCC 3100 Control board is a power command control system that receives a low-power PWM signal with a pulse width of 3KHz from the engine by the A31 module. In fact, the cummins Power Governor´s QST30 controls two fuel pump actuators (left and right) via a 200 Hz PWM output with feedback control. Also, the cummins Power QST30 governor has a voltage of 0-5 VDC for the position of the right and left actuators, which is also used to troubleshoot the actuator.

‎ Types of Diesel Generator Governor or Speed Control Board ‎

‎Governor Cummins Power QST30‎

‎The ‎‎Cummins Power Governor QST30‎‎ or ‎‎Cummins Governor 4725-300 A(38) board‎‎ with PCC 3100 ‎‎control board‎‎ is a Power Command control system that receives a low-power PWM signal with a pulse width of 3KHz from the engine by the A31 module. In fact, the ‎‎Cummins Power Governor QST30‎‎ controls the two fuel pump actuators (left and right) via a 200Hz PWM output with feedback control. ‎
‎ Also, the ‎‎Cummins Power QST30‎‎ governor has a voltage of 0-5 VDC for the position of the right and left actuators, which is also used to troubleshoot the actuator.‎

‎The ‎‎Cummins QST30 speed control board ‎‎has two connecting sockets‎‎:‎
‎ ‎‎J6:‎‎ Engine Interface Board‎
‎ ‎‎J13:‎‎ Right and left actuator position and power signals.‎

‎The Cummins Power Governor's QST30‎‎ has four Fast fuses, two of which are 10A in the power path and two of which are 15A in the actuator path to protect against overload and ground error.‎

‎The ‎‎Cummins Power QST30‎‎ Governor has six LEDs to indicate the following statuses:‎
‎ DS1: The green ‎‎LED‎‎ indicates that the ‎‎Cummins Power QST30 Governor‎‎ is active. ‎
‎ DS2: The green ‎‎LED‎‎ indicates that the 5VDC power supply is active. ‎
‎ DS3: The green ‎‎LED‎‎ indicates that the left actuator is active. The Deuty Cycle range on the PCC ‎‎control board‎‎ is between 25% – 93%. It should be noted that at the time, the maximum Deuty Cycle is around 63%. Note that the brighter the LED, the larger the Deuty Cycle. ‎
‎ ‎‎DS4:‎‎ The actuator is on the right. The Deuty Cycle range on the PCC ‎‎control board‎‎ is between 25% – 93%. It should be noted that at the time, the maximum Deuty Cycle is around 63%. Note that the brighter the LED, the larger the Deuty Cycle. ‎
‎ DS5: The red ‎‎LED‎‎ indicates the left actuator error. If the actuator is more than 1.5mm from its steering position, the fault LED will illuminate. Note that the actuator has a maximum movement of 0-21 mm. ‎
‎ DS6: The red ‎‎LED‎‎ indicates the right actuator error. If the actuator is more than 1.5mm from its steering position, the fault LED will illuminate.
Note that the actuator has a maximum movement of 0-21 mm
